Field Time SMS Privacy Policy

Perkins/Carmack Construction, LLC uses the mobile number an employee provides for optional Field Time job-text alerts only after that employee actively enrolls in Settings. The alerts may include shift and missed-clock-out reminders. Employees can use Field Time without enrolling.

When an employee enrolls, Field Time records the phone number, date and time, and exact consent wording shown at enrollment. This information documents the employee's choice and is used to deliver the requested job-text alerts.

Mobile information, including text messaging opt-in data and consent, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
